Welcome to C.I.S 313, where every member of our community matters. Here at C.I.S 313, we believe that every student deserves a remarkable middle school experience. My twenty years of experience in New York City Public Schools has taught me that the key to success lies in valuing and supporting every individual.
As someone who grew up in the Bronx and continues to live here, I understand the unique challenges and strengths of our community. This deep-rooted connection drives my commitment to forming strong partnerships with our families and the wider community. Together, we can innovate and prepare our students for life beyond the classroom, ensuring they have the tools and confidence to succeed in any path they choose.
We are especially proud to be a middle school in Community School District 9. Our district is known for its rich diversity, resilience, and strong sense of community. Like our district, we believe that every student in the C.I.S 313 community will thrive, can excel, and belongs. At C.I.S 313, we are not just a school; we are a family.
